Hi, my name is Marc Pedler and I’m a Level 3 qualified personal trainer. I also specialise in injury and illness rehabilitation.
I have been active and involved in sports all my life. From gymnastics, judo, athletics, BMX, motocross and mountain biking – I have always wanted to keep myself in good shape and great health.
It was only after having an accident at work in a previous career, followed by a long and arduous rehabilitation that I realised how important physical wellbeing really is. The difficulties of regaining fitness can be overwhelming and daunting without the proper guidance. I wanted to take my knowledge and experience of both the good and bad parts of physical challenges to help others with their own goals and/or hurdles, whatever they may be.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, looking at lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing together, to achieve a healthy body which can aid a healthy mind. I offer bespoke fitness programmes, tailored to meet your individual needs and fit in around your work/life balance.
Those who have trained with me know my programmes are challenging but achievable and, most important of all, they are enjoyable! With a varied training method including HIIT, Calisthenics, Cross-Fit and Tabata, there will be no room for boredom or monotony in your workout. We’ll work hard but we’ll have fun while we work.

FAQ
Having a trainer is always the best and safest approach to any kind of exercise. To make real progress you need variety but trying something new and doing it incorrectly can be worse than not exercising at all.
Plus there is a lot to be said about having that human contact, even if at the moment it is socially distanced or across Zoom! It’s amazing how beneficial it is to have something in the diary to look forward to that is all about you and your own personal wellbeing.
Yes! Absolutely. I am contactable via Whatsapp, SMS and email 7 days a week. Your training and wellbeing is paramount. It’s about keeping the conversation going and staying motivated every day of the week. But I can’t guarantee I’ll answer your questions after 10pm as I do need my beauty sleep!
Live via Zoom – I’ll email your invitation at least 24 hours prior to your session. You just have to click on the link 5 – 10 minutes before your session is due to start.
For in person training I provide all equipment and everything is cleaned and sterilised between client sessions. No equipment is necessary for online training as we can use body weight methods, but any equipment you do have at home will be put to good use!
All sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are 100% adaptable to those needs on any given day. You will never be asked to do anything you can’t do.
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be charged in full. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to rearrange a session.
If you are late for a session and there is another booking directly after yours, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. If the trainer is late additional time will be added to your session or to subsequent sessions.
If you decide to cancel your block bookings you will be refunded 50% of the balance for the remaining sessions.
Long term absences due to illness, injury, pregnancy etc. will be dealt with fairly and on an individual basis.
